Terms and Conditions
Clients booking a photo session with Leslie Carpenter of Memories in Raw will give $50.00 of a non-refundable nature to secure the date. At the date the $50.00 will be applied to your session. The remaining amount is due at the time of the session. After the conclusion of the session Leslie will give to you a disc of 25-30 images, personally edited, 2-3 weeks after the session. She will also post your session in her online gallery for 7 days allowing for viewing and ordering prints. All other camera equipment at the session is prohibited. Due to the digital nature all sales are final. Memories in Raw retains the copyright to all images and is able to use any image for advertising or marketing purposes. Each client will be given a print release for personal use. Any commercial use must first have permission obtained and a purchase fee may be required. It is unlawful to reproduce in any manner, including scanning. Memories in Raw is not responsible for CD’s and images on the CD after 1 year.
